Eimasha Dabare is a Senior Legal Associate at Velox Lawyers and an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. She holds an LL.B. (Honours) degree from the University of Colombo and is also qualified as a Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths and Company Secretary. She has a MSC in Human Resource Management at the University of Salford, Manchester, strengthening her understanding of organizational management, workplace relations and the commercial considerations affecting modern businesses.
Eimasha joined Velox in 2022 and has developed a multidisciplinary practice encompassing conveyancing and property law, civil litigation, corporate secretarial services and employment law. She advises and assists individuals, companies and other organizations in relation to commercial documentation, corporate compliance, property transactions, company secretarial matters and dispute resolution.
She has significant experience in handling all land related matters including advisory, due diligence, handling end to end major land transactions and execution of all types of Deeds.
Her approach combines careful legal analysis with strong organizational and client-management skills. She is committed to understanding the particular requirements of each engagement and providing clear, timely and practical legal assistance.
